STANDARD START-UP

Return to start pump and backwash filter
Chemical analysis and chemical balance
Inspect all mechanical equipment for proper operation
Prepare opening inspection report accompanied with a repair and inventory budget

INITIAL VACUUM SERVICE

Vacuum pool completely
Clean pump strainer basket and backwash filters

POOL CLOSING SERVICES

Drain pool water level (below return lines) in accordance to the “Best Management Practices of the Pool & Hot Tub Council”
Vacuum and blow water out of plumbing lines and add anti-freeze
Remove return jets, baskets and rails
Winterize all mechanical equipment including: drain filter, pump, heater, salt generators, automatic chemical controller
Re-install winter cover
Shut gas off to heater
Prepare a closing inspection report and repair budget

CARTRIDGE FILTER OFFSITE CLEANING

Remove filter cartridges
Cartridges are professionally cleaned with de-greaser at factory
Return & store cartridges neatly in filter room
